Garage Door Decor and Front Door Decor
All Garage Door Decor and Front Door Decor banners are made to order. It generally takes us 2 - 3 business day to produce an order.
USA and Canada
When shipped within the United States and Canada, banners are rolled and packed into a long box (84"x6"x6").
International Shipments: Except USA and Canada
International shipping size requirements limit us from being able to ship your order in a long box. Therefore, banner shipped outside of the United States and Canada will be folded to fit inside a smaller box. When you receive your banner, there may be a few creases, which should relax out after the banner is hung. This may take a few days.
We suggest rolling the banner before you store it. When you receive your banner, unpack it as soon as possible and either install it or roll it for storage.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties and/or taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. We have no control over government-imposed charges, so we cannot determine what they may be beforehand. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
The additional charges listed above are the responsibility of the recipient.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
1). Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
2). Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
3). We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
